Chronically Awesome: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CAPITAL ONE: PLEASE REBLOG
I had a credit card with Capital One. I paid off the small balance I had and closed the account on June 8th, 2010.
Or I thought I did.
I got a letter YESTERDAY that said I owed them $194.00 and that I was five payments behind. Obviously this made me confused, since I CALLED THEM IN JUNE 2010 AND…
Not surprised, since my $200 credit limit card grew to me owing $1100 because of all the fees they tacked on.
